i.

Introduction

These Terms of Business govern the coaching relationship between Bijli Consulting Limited (“the Company”) and the client (“you”). By booking any session, package, or retainer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ii.

Initial Consultation

We offer a complimentary thirty-minute initial consultation to prospective clients to understand your needs and establish mutual fit. We reserve the right to decline to take on a prospective client at our sole discretion.

iii.

Fees & Payment

All fees are payable by direct bank transfer to the Company’s nominated business account. An invoice will be sent upon booking.

  • Single sessions — payment must clear no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Packages — invoiced and payable in full in advance of the first session.
  • Retainers — invoiced monthly in advance on individually agreed terms.

Clients completing ten sessions within any rolling six-month period are eligible for our package discount rate.

iv.

Packages & Retainers

Packages are valid for the period specified at purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited at expiry. Retainer arrangements may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

v.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours’ notice — session rebooked at no charge.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice — 50% of the session fee charged.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show — full session fee charged.

The Company retains discretion to waive charges in genuine emergencies.

vi.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in a coaching session is strictly confidential. We will not disclose session content or confirm the existence of a coaching relationship without your express written consent, save where required by law or to prevent serious harm.

We will not request, solicit, or publish online reviews or testimonials in any circumstance. Personal recommendations made at your own discretion are warmly welcomed.

vii.

Client Commitment

Coaching depends substantially on the honesty and engagement of the client. By proceeding beyond the initial consultation, you confirm your genuine intention to engage with the process openly.

viii.

Scope of Coaching

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Where matters fall outside the scope of coaching, you may be encouraged to seek appropriate professional support.

ix.

Recommendations

We do not seek public reviews. Referrals made at your own discretion are received with genuine gratitude and are never solicited.

x.

Termination

You may end the coaching relationship at any time. The Company reserves the right to terminate where the client commitment in Section 7 is not being met.

xi.

Limitation of Liability

The Company makes no guarantee of specific results and accepts no liability for decisions made by the client as a result of coaching, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

xii.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
